Enroot is a global storytelling movement that uses food, culture, and memory to build belonging across differences. Founded by Dr. Elika Dadsetan-Foley — a global social impact leader, Iranian-American immigrant, and cultural connector.

Founder & Executive Director

Dr. Elika Dadsetan-Foley

Global social impact leader, Iranian-American immigrant, and cultural connector. Elika founded Enroot with a belief that food is one of the oldest ways humans have created belonging. Her work spans humanitarian settings, higher education, restorative justice, and organizational leadership.
